Ellissa Owens, City Administrator

As the City Administrator, Ellissa oversees the City’s financial activities and operations. Primary responsibilities include oversight of the City’s: general accounting system, budget administration, financial reporting, treasury & cash management, and debt management. In addition, the City Administrator oversees the various City Departments, Zoning, and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority.

Administration Staff

Administration staff oversees city processes such as building permits, peddler's permits, accounts payable/receivable, social media management, city policies, record keeping, and more.
